Brewed in honour of the mascot of the now defunct Staffordshire Regiment and his handler.
Colour Sergeant Watchman III, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was a regular at the Brewery tap, until his death in June 1998, but never drank on duty.
Hops used are Challenger.
